PSYCHEDELIC WAREHOUSE

I discovered the remains of this warehouse on a walk in the Chilterns and, deciding that, visually, the old building deserved a new lease of life, I re-filled the roof’s skeleton with coloured tiles.

ANOTHER WORLD

A black and white scene of silhouetted branches and fences was transformed when a crimson sunset briefly reflected in a roadside puddle - a momentary window to somewhere magical. I coloured just the pool to preserve that ethereal instant.

THE HIDDEN LADYBIRD

Loving cartoons, I colourised each leaf to create a sense of the enchanted worlds produced by the great animation houses, such as Disney and Pixar. Can you find the little Ladybird?

THE CHURCH CURTAIN

I added colour to the glowing curtains in this black and white. I wanted to capture the joy, the sorrow and the spilling of blood experienced by Christians in the creation of their faith.

HOLY WEEK

I took this picture in a church during Holy Week - the week before Easter when, in Catholic churches, all images and statues must be covered.
